Steel Road Plates For Hire
As well as conventional uses on building sites and road crossings road plates are useful for covering various holes in the grounds or bridging across ditches. Metal plates can be very slippery when wet so always add an additional grippy surface if pedestrians could walk onto these plates.
Description
We hire large steel road plates designed to offer a safe cover for traffic to cross over open excavations and trenches. Our road plates are 1200mm x 2400mm and 13mm thick steel. They weigh over 500kgs and you should never attempt to move them by hand. We are happy to deliver these for you, but you need to have a machine capable of lifting them off our lorry on your site. If you come to collect them from us we are happy to load you with our forklift truck.
